WesT CoasT AssisT (WCA) will represent a minimum of two to a maximum of four Technology manufacturers or suppliers. Prior to (WCA) acting as an Agent, the other client's will be pre-informed. This is critical to confirm that each is complimentary to each other, therefore encouraging resellers to have an appointment with one person that fills several of their purchasing and knowledge base requirements during one meeting. Which reseller wants to see four different channel managers with products that are not "main stream" to their business direction?
If (WCA) represent a minimum of two companies that could keep us busy we would be even happier. The challenge here is that 50% of our eggs are in one basket, should the agreement be replaced by a State office as the business grows.
Our job is to 'earn the right' rather than just retain our business agreements, which will always be flexible. We see manufacturers agreements coming and going for a variety of reasons:
Changes in company management
Greater focus on e-commerce
Preferring to fly staff interstate from the East Coast or from overseas
Ex-staff moving interstate and offering to setup office
Resellers wanting to talk to full-time staff members only
Because we believe in our services (WCA) are willing to offer trial-contracts as short as three months with 'out' clauses for some of the above possible events. With this technology you can lock (WCA) staff out of sensitive information areas, yet give more access than resellers have to internal company discussion and product training. This data could be electronically "pushed daily" to (WCA), or accessed manually.
